Build something worth wearing

We're looking for people who believe a local brand can stand on the world stage.
01

Who we are

Min Ramla is a Saudi-born fabric brand that designs premium thobe fabrics manufactured in England and Europe. What started as a simple frustration with thobes that didn't feel or look right became a pursuit of something better. Our founders, Ibrahim and Maher, set out to create fabrics you actually want to wear: lighter, cooler, and unmistakably refined. We sell directly to those who notice the difference.
02

Where we're going

We want to become the reference point for thobe fabric, not just in Saudi Arabia, but globally. We believe the thobe deserves the same level of craft, branding, and cultural pride that the world's best heritage garments command. Our ambition is to build a brand that is distinctly Saudi in spirit and international in standard, proving that local craft and global appeal are not at odds.
03

Who we look for

We look for people who are genuinely moved by the idea of building a homegrown brand and placing it on the international stage. People who don't wait to be told what to do, but see what needs to happen and move toward it. You are creative in how you think and rigorous in how you execute. You hold yourself accountable before anyone asks you to. You are competent not because you know everything, but because you learn fast and care deeply. And you communicate with clarity and confidence in both Arabic and English, because our story lives in both languages.

Three questions we'd like you to answer

Before you apply, we'd love to understand how you think. Take your time with these. There are no right answers, only honest ones.
01
What is one brand, from any industry, anywhere in the world, that you believe punches far above its weight? What do they get right that others miss?
02
Tell us about a time you took initiative on something no one asked you to do. What did you notice, what did you do, and what happened?
03
If you were to introduce the Saudi thobe to someone who has never seen one, how would you describe it in a way that makes them care?
If what we do resonates with you, if you feel the pull to build something meaningful from here, we'd love to hear from you. Send us an email answering the three questions above and attach your CV.
